A trip to Lisbon

A trip to Lisbon

Hi everyone!

So as you all know, last week I went to the amazing capital city of Portugal. I wanted to share with you all some pictures and a little bit about my experience.

So first of all, if you are a fan of history and museums you will LOVE it here. I can’t even tell you the number of museums I saw in my time there. I learnt so much in such a short space of time. If you know me you will know I love museums so this was so much fun for me.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t too great for us so we didn’t go to the beach. But we definitely enjoyed all the city had to offer. (Molly wasn’t impressed in this photo.)

My group made the mistake of not doing our research about places to eat beforehand, so we really struggled to find good restaurants which was a shame. I would recommend that you do your research before eating! Avoid places where they try and call you in off the streets. If you can find less touristy restaurants they will probably be a good choice.

My friends and I took full advantage of the nightlife. It was a fantastic place to go out, I loved the nightlife there way more than any place I’ve ever been. We went to a street full of clubs and they were all quite small which was great because there were less places to get lost… On the Tuesday night we arrived we pretty much had one whole club to ourselves and it was fantastic because we could ask the DJ for the music we wanted.

I would like to thank Lisboa Central Park hotel for having us crazy lot. The staff were amazing and we had the best sangria!

We were all so sad to be going home. During the trip we all became so much closer as a group and made memories that will last forever.
