This is one of my favourite recipes to make- its quick and easy and perfect for sharing.
You will need:
200g dark chocolate
250g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
112g plain flour
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Melt the butter and sugar together in a microwave for 1 minute, stir and then another 30 seconds.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until very pale.
- Add the melted butter and chocolate to the egg mixture until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the plain flour.
- Pour into a lined tin and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, depending on how gooey you like your brownies.
