Hello, hello, hello, everyone !!!!
I hope you are enjoying your summer as much as me. I’m going to tell you what I’ve been doing this summer and I hope you enjoy reading it.
At the beginning of June, I visited Portugal for a week, this was my third time there. My family and I love it. This year, we have stayed in Portimão. If you ever have the opportunity to go there, it’s a place worth visiting and you won’t regret it. It has so many fun things to do that you never get bored or tired of it. Portugal, in general, is the ideal holiday for everyone because it has nice, relaxing beaches of white sand for sunbathing. It has a very tasty, healthy and fresh gastronomy. And if you are more of a night person, there are lots of clubs with very nice music.
Furthermore, the boat tours are very entertaining and sometimes have packages that offer a barbecue. We decided to book one of these and it was a unique experience. The boat had two, inflatable stand up paddle boards (I tried one for the first time), volleyball nets, balls, swimming goggles and much more for entertainment on the beach.
I continued my holidays in Birmingham, where I spent a week and a half seeing my boyfriend and some friends. I really enjoyed it, specially walking by the canals during the warm nights. I did wall climbing for the first time and absolutely loved it. I also did some shopping, mainly in Primark (in 10 days, I spent seven in Primark, hahaha).
During my summer, I also went to two flamenco concerts. I really like flamenco music and also the dance. One concert was a man called Paco Candela, who mainly focused in sevillanas. The other was a woman called Rosario Flores, whose music is a mixture of pop, rock, rumba and flamenco.
Finally, I had the opportunity to make one of my dreams true, watching a polo game. It was incredible seeing so many horses galloping after a small ball. I was very lucky because one of my parent’s friends invited us to see the game with a VIP entrance. I must say I was very lucky.
